GlocalX provides an AI visibility platform that helps local businesses get discovered and recommended by AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and others. Our services include:
- AI Visibility Score reports and dashboards
- Business profile optimization for AI platforms
- Citation and directory listing distribution
- AI-generated content creation
- Competitor intelligence tools
- Link building services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
3. Accounts & Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription Plans: GlocalX offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the GlocalX platform to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Impersonate another business, person, or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission
- Transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
Our IP: The GlocalX platform, including its design, software, algorithms, brand, and all content created by us, is the exclusive property of GlocalX and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any business data, content, and information you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant GlocalX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by GlocalX without obligation or compensation to you.
7. Your Data & Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using GlocalX, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GLOCALX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- Any specific results will be achieved from using the service
- AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) will recommend your business
- Third-party directories will accept or maintain your listings
Results vary based on many factors outside our control, including AI platform algorithm changes, business category, and local competition.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOCALX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. GlocalX may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP rights, disclaimer, limitation of liability) shall survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington County, Utah.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
